Ive had the pleasure of working with Michael during his time at Amigo Partnerships and throughout he has proven on numerous occasions his dedication, passion for design & new tech, creative direction, leadership, energy, communication / presentation skills (like wow). He always has time for his colleagues both personally and professionally, which was great with me being a remote worker. A critical thinking who is constantly looking to develop his craft, next killer idea or tech. He really stood out within the agency and i'm sure his next role will be just as / if not more successful.

I had the privilege of working with Michael last year when I was just entering the world of editing and design. Before meeting him, I had been very overwhelmed by all the programs but with Michael’s patience and guidance, it was an absolute breeze to learn.
I have never met someone who is so passionate about what they do and you can see it come out when he is explaining all the intricacies of each program. He took me through it all, step by step and if I still didn’t understand, he would find an easier way of explaining.
Michael teaches in a way that is forward thinking and he’s always aware of the next step. This was so helpful when learning with him as it trained me to start thinking like this as well. Everything he designed was always perfect and precise and it showed me that he cares a great deal about any task he has on hand.
Something I really appreciated about Michael was how gracefully he could give constructive criticism. It never felt like I was doing a bad job but more that I could do better. It pushed me to be conscious about what I was doing and it encouraged me to work harder. He is such a hard worker and it was truly inspiring to work with him. He would always be happy to help, even if it was via phone call and even then he could explain everything with ease, making sure I understood before hanging up.
He is authoritative but continually tries to unlock your potential. His confidence always brightens up the room and it encourages everyone to be the best they can be. He creates a very healthy and happy environment to work in.
As far as I am concerned, what Michael does isn’t just design or work, it’s simply - art. Anyone who is lucky enough to work with him should remain assured that they will be in good hands.
